With specialist permanent, contract and delivery teams, the business is now investing heavily in the next generation of recruitment talent through its Associate Consultant programme.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join one of the fastest-growing recruitment businesses in the market.
Rather than expecting new hires to immediately perform as full consultants, the company has developed a structured Associate Consultant programme designed to give you the training, support and experience needed to build a successful long-term career in recruitment.
Over your first 6 months, you'll work closely alongside some of the company's top-performing consultants, learning every stage of the recruitment process through hands-on experience, mentorship and coaching.
You'll gain exposure to live client projects from day one, supporting high-performing teams recruiting into the booming GTM and Technology market while developing the skills needed to eventually progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Associate Consultant, you'll support multiple live recruitment projects while developing expertise across the recruitment lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting market mapping and talent research across the GTM and technology sector.
Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for live opportunities.
Screening and qualifying candidates through detailed conversations.
Building talent pipelines and maintaining candidate relationships.
Attending client meetings and kick-off calls alongside senior team members.
Learning how to generate market intelligence and recruitment insights.
Gradually taking ownership of more of the recruitment process as your skills develop.
As you progress through the programme, you'll gain increasing responsibility and eventually transition into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant position with ownership of your own market and client relationships.
