Every candidate presented to our clients completes a rigorous screening process, including a detailed CV review, a telephone interview, and a face-to-face or virtual interview, followed by a comprehensive written assessment outlining their suitability, strengths, and long-term potential - ensuring your interview time is focused on only the highest-quality candidates.
