Following continued growth and a recent office move into Heron Tower, they are now hiring multiple trainees to join their expanding team across several specialist legal desks including Benelux, German, US and in-house legal markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a fast-paced, sales-focused recruitment role where you’ll learn how to build relationships, win business and manage recruitment processes within specialist international markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with legal professionals and clients across international markets
Business development through calls, networking and market mapping
Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre legal talent
Supporting clients with hiring strategy and market insight
Learning how to manage negotiations and close deals
Working closely with experienced managers and top billers across the business
What They’re Looking For
Recent graduate or someone early in their sales/recruitment career
Natural confidence, energy and strong communication skills
Commercial mindset with ambition to earn well and progress quickly
Sales experience highly valued (estate agency, internships, door-to-door sales, hospitality, sports leadership etc.)
Resilient, coachable and able to take feedback well
Driven individuals with strong work ethic and “get up and go” mentality
Relationship-focused and confident speaking with senior professionals
Degree preferred but not essential
What’s On Offer
£33k starting salary + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE £50k–£80k+
