The Company:
An established and rapidly growing global recruitment business is looking for a high-performing Delivery and Client Management (270) Recruitment Consultant to join its New York AdTech team. This company has won multiple awards as recently as last year.
The team has been operating in the AdTech market for over 13 years and has built a market-leading reputation and deep relationships across the industry. They have a popular podcast with regular industry leaders from the sector joining them.
The Role:
This is widely considered one of the hottest desks in the company, focused on the booming Advertising Technology market (one grad came in and billed $800k in their first year on this desk). The desk is incredibly WARM and comes with live roles, active clients, and a large existing database from day one, giving the successful hire immediate opportunity to bill.
You will work closely with one of the company’s global top billers, who actively generates candidates and will pass across clients, jobs, and opportunities to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists across GTM and Digital AdTech roles
Manage end-to-end candidate processes, from sourcing through to offer management
Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence projects within the AdTech space
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior professionals
Manage client expectations and attend client calls/ meetings when needed
Working closely with US and international teams in a collaborative environment
Driving revenue and building a high-performing desk
Hosting and attending regular industry network events
What We’re Looking For
2+ years recruitment experience (any sector)
Proven strong delivery recruitment experience
Strong delivery, sourcing, or candidate management experience
Relationship-driven with strong communication skills
Enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performance environment
Commercial mindset and genuine interest in specialist recruitment
(AdTech experience is not essential as the team has a strong training and support structure.)
