The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing delivery team focused on partnering with some of the most innovative businesses in Cybersecurity and AI.
You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and leadership, supporting high-value retained and exclusive search assignments across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Cyber functions.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate management, market mapping, and building deep networks within specialist technology markets, without the pressure of a heavily sales-focused environment.
You will have the opportunity to:
Build deep expertise within Cybersecurity or AI markets
Deliver on retained, exclusive, and project-based searches
Partner with leading technology vendors, consultancies, and enterprise clients
Work alongside multiple top-performing recruiters and billing teams
Develop strong relationships with senior and executive-level candidates
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Cyber roles
Manage end-to-end candidate processes, from sourcing through to offer management
Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence projects within Cyber and AI
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior technology professionals
Support retained and exclusive search assignments for venture-backed and enterprise clients
Collaborate closely with consultants and leadership teams across the US and London
What We’re Looking For
Recruitment experience, ideally within technology or specialist markets
Strong delivery, sourcing, or candidate management experience
Relationship-driven with strong communication skills
Enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performance environment
Commercial mindset and genuine interest in specialist recruitment
