The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join the most established and high-performing desk in the business, focused on the fast-growing AdTech and digital media market. The desk is warm, with active clients, live roles, and a strong candidate network, offering immediate billing potential.
Whether you are a graduate looking to start your career or a recruiter with around 1 year experience looking for a better, high performing environment, you will receive structured training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to work alongside top billers in the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placements
Build and develop relationships with clients across the digital and AdTech space
Work on a mix of existing business and new client development
Collaborate with high-performing consultants across the U.S. and internationally
Contribute to a high-revenue desk with strong existing infrastructure
Attend and host industry networking events
What We’re Looking For
Commercial mindset with an interest in digital, media, or technology sectors
Driven, ambitious, competitive and financially motivated
Strong communication skills and a relationship-building mindset
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
(Prior AdTech experience is not required; full training is provided.)
