The company has a perm, contract and delivery team, and are hiring across all levels. The Role:
This is widely considered the hottest desks in the company, focused on the booming GTM sector within the tech market (2 consultants took $70k in commission for February plus their base). The desk is incredibly WARM and comes with live roles, active clients, and a large existing database from day one, giving the successful hire immediate opportunity to bill.
You will work closely with one of the company’s global top billers, who actively generates candidates and will pass across clients, jobs, and opportunities to help you succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with clients in the tech sector.
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing value-added solutions and offering a podcast platform for industry thought leadership.
Sell advisory services and project-based recruitment solutions, positioning the company as a trusted talent partner.
Identify, headhunt, and support top candidates, ensuring the best talent is matched with client needs.
Add value to the recruitment process by offering market insights, talent strategies, and innovative recruitment approaches.
