The Role:
Your role as a recruitment consultant is to build relationships with new and existing clients, consult their organisations, and support their hiring and growth plans.
You will be trained by a dedicated Director and Manager who is a leader in the market, generates $1m+ annually for the business, and have a bespoke training plan tailored to you.
The career progression is meritocratic and extremely clear. It is possible for consultants to progressed from an associate to a director within 5 years!
