The Company:
An established and rapidly growing global recruitment business is looking for a high-performing 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its New York AdTech team. This company has won multiple awards as recently as last year.
The team has been operating in the AdTech market for over 13 years and has built a market-leading reputation and deep relationships across the industry. They have a popular podcast with regular industry leaders from the sector joining them.
The Role:
This is widely considered one of the hottest desks in the company, focused on the booming Advertising Technology market (one grad came in and billed $800k in their first year on this desk). The desk is incredibly WARM and comes with live roles, active clients, and a large existing database from day one, giving the successful hire immediate opportunity to bill.
You will work closely with one of the company’s global top billers, who actively generates candidates and will pass across clients, jobs, and opportunities to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running a full 360 recruitment desk within the AdTech and digital media sector
Taking ownership of existing client relationships while building new ones
Working closely with US and international teams in a collaborative environment
Driving revenue and building a high-performing desk
There is a clear pathway to leadership, with the opportunity to eventually take ownership of key clients and help lead the team in the future.
Hosting and attending regular industry network events
What We’re Looking For
2+ years recruitment experience (any sector)
Proven 360 recruitment experience, including business development
Someone hungry, driven, and highly motivated by success and earnings
High pace, urgency, and resilience
A recruiter who thrives in a high-performance environment
(AdTech experience is not essential as the team has a strong training and support structure.)
