The business has built a strong reputation through a highly specialised, niche-led approach, with over 55% of revenue coming from VP and C-level placements and a growing footprint in retained and project-based search.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative environment where consultants are empowered to:
Build deep market expertise within Cyber or AI
Work on retained, exclusive, and project-based search assignments
Partner with top-tier clients, including consultancies, vendors, and end-user organisations
Work with multiple $800k billers
You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk like a business, supported by a strong brand, established client base, and a leadership team with a proven track record of scaling high-performing recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver end-to-end recruitment across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Cyber roles
· Build and manage long-term client relationships
· Win and deliver on retained and exclusive mandates
· Develop a niche vertical within Cyber or AI markets
· Lead on business development strategies, including creative outreach and event hosting
· Collaborate with global teams across London and the US
What We’re Looking For
· 3–5+ years recruitment experience – open to market movers who are interested in the cyber and/ or AI space
· Strong billing track record (though attitude and potential are prioritised over pure numbers)
· Highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven
· Commercial mindset with the ability to think creatively about BD
· Interest in working in a specialist, niche-led environment
