The firm works across the full clean energy ecosystem including renewables, climate technology, low-carbon infrastructure, sustainable finance, and ESG advisory. Its clients range from early-stage climate tech start-ups and scale-ups to global energy companies, consultancies, and investment funds.
With a senior-led search model and deep industry expertise, the company has built a strong reputation as a trusted partner to organisations tackling some of the world’s biggest sustainability challenges.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth desk within one of the most in-demand markets globally, the energy transition.
You will inherit access to an active client base, warm relationships, and existing live mandates, providing the opportunity to generate revenue quickly while continuing to expand your market.
You will work closely with experienced senior recruiters and leadership within the business, gaining exposure to senior-level search work and building deep networks across one of the fastest-growing sectors in the global economy.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Running a full 360 recruitment desk within the energy transition and climate technology markets
• Building and developing relationships with clients across industry, consulting, and investment
• Managing executive search and recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement
• Identifying and engaging high-quality talent across global clean energy markets
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client partnerships
• Collaborating with international teams on cross-border mandates
• Becoming a specialist within a rapidly evolving and high-impact sector
What We’re Looking For
• 1–4+ years recruitment experience (any sector considered)
• Experience running a 360 recruitment desk, including business development
• Someone ambitious, commercially driven, and motivated by success
• A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in sustainability, climate technology, or the energy transition is a plus but not essential
