They recruit for organisations such as Monzo, Asos, BBC, Sky and SkyScanner as well as a large portfolio of exciting start-ups, and have relationships with some of the most innovative tech professionals across the UK and Europe.
Remuneration
They offer clear progression and on target earning potential from day one:
Six year progression plan from Associate Consultant to Director (Associate Consultant > Consultant > Senior Consultant > Principal Consultant > Associate Director > Director)
On Target Earnings (OTE) Year 1: £42,500; Year 2 £75,000; Year 3 £90,000; Year 4-Year 6 £100,000-£200,000+)
Training is hands-on throughout your career lead by the Head of Learning & Development and the Co-Founders
Package and benefits:
Starting basic salary DOE + uncapped commission (basic salary increases with each promotion)
25%-45% commission structure + quarterly bonuses + annual bonuses
