Our client was founded in 2022 and is an independent recruitment company dedicated to finding and engaging the best Finance talent for Local Government & Authorities. As they grow, they have exciting plans branch out into Central Government and to also launch divisions across: Procurement, Legal, HR, Project & Change, IT and Executive Level.
The founder of the business and is £1m+ biller, and he brought across two colleagues from his previous team to create strong foundations for his business (they are both £600k-£700k billers). They are all interim recruiters and their day rates range between £400-£900. In less than a year from launching they reached 100 contractors, and within 15 months they achieved £1m GP!
