You’d be joining a PE-backed search business with a laser focus on the US & European market (think average fees of £70k-£80k, biggest at £200k+), led by Founders who’ve done this before. One of them scaled their previous business to 300+ people, $300m valuation, and exited – and he’s building something just as exciting again.
👥 The business is 8 heads right now – aiming for 16 by end of year. They’re opening a US office in 2027 so there will be opportunities to relocate for those interested. Everyone is highly collaborative, client work is shared across verticals, and there’s a real sense of purpose in the team.
